Working in the golf department entails many different duties. I actively sell golf clubs and equipment to customers by using personal knowledge and by analyzing results on the golf swing simulator. I also specialize in customer service throughout the store, for it is one of the largest retail sporting goods stores in the country.

I worked summers while attending college at this minor-league baseball stadium. In the summer of 2012, I worked in food preparation and distribution. I also handled cash register duties at the Mexican-inspired, "Cafe Ole."

I was responsible for knowing the intricate rules of golf to make official rulings in times of question. In addition, I measured tee markers to distances for specific age groups and announced the players on the first tee.

I worked a few different jobs as a temporary worker at this agency. My main job involved working at a Oak Point Nursery, local plant nursery that specialized in indigenous Oregon plants and shrubbery. It was a one man operation so I assisted in a variety of ways including: planting new vegetation, disposing old plants, and irrigating existing product.

As an outside worker, I had many jobs. First and foremost, I assisted incoming golfers with equipment needed before their tee time and directed them to the first tee. I also cleaned golf carts, maintained the driving range, and often assisted the pro shop when available.
