I have worked as a Civil Engineer primarily in the Houston metropolitan area and Southeast Texas on various water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects for a variety of clients ranging from municipalities to river authorities and water districts. My roles and responsibilities grew throughout my career starting as an intern to serving as project and construction manager. I have been heavily involved in all project phases, including business development, preliminary and final design, procurement, and construction. Additionally, I have worked closely with federal (United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)), state (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Texas Water Development Board (TWDB), Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT)), and numerous local agencies, utility and pipeline companies, and contractors throughout my career to ensure successful project implementation and completion.
