I have my Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida. I have experience working in a variety of Human Resoirces and Organizational Development roles that have allowed me to grow in a number of areas. My main passion is around employee engagement and learning and development. Ultimately, I believe that people are what drives success across any organization.My Master’s degree program placed an emphasis on combined learning through practical coursework, developing research skills, and statistical training. Some courses completed in this program included; Selection and Recruitment, Legal Issues and Ethics, Training and Simulations, Survey and Research Methods, and Job Analysis and Performance Appraisals.
