As a Senior Technical Advisor, I'm responsible for helping our clients overcome their business challenges through the successful evaluation and adoption of advanced technologies. I'm the primary point of contact responsible for bringing in the right mix of technical resources to perform the various activities required to make a technology decision. I spend 50% of my time attending trainings and performing technology and vendor analysis to ensure I'm aware of the latest technology and market trends. I act as an extension of our client's team to fill knowledge and resource gaps. As a result, our clients are able to make faster, more informed decisions.

As the Director of Services, I was responsible for all product management, delivery, and support activities for our Cloud Communications division. This included managing the Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales Engineering, and Provisioning departments within SoTel Systems. We provided a broad range of solutions through our Services division, including SIP Trunking, Cloud PBX, Managed Services (Data and Telecom), and Network Access.

I worked jointly with our sales department to prioritize and target sales opportunities, determine the proper solutions to meet customers needs, and align resources to deliver on commitments and drive sales. I also assisted with project management of larger organizational developments.

I managed a sales team that focused on recruiting, developing, and maintaining strong reseller relationships to increase sales for SoTel Systems' VoIP equipment and SIP service division.

I recruited reseller partners for our authorized distribution division. I focused primarily on developing relationships with strong resellers around the country to sell our IP PBX product lines. As a complimentary product line, I would also engage them to become an agent for our SIP service platform.
