We talk to our Candidates and when there is a suitable vacancy we call and discuss the vacancy. We do not text or email vacancies en masse. We do not make impersonal contact via text or email merely because a Candidate happens to be on our database. We do not send speculative selections of jobs in the hope of catching someone's eye. We also do not advertise our vacancies on our website. We of course use social media but the personal business relationship with our Candidates, determined by them, results in us having direct dialogue through a conversation. Old school and traditional?
