I have a wide range of experience across many sectors, coming to Project Management from a Construction Management background, having worked for Schal on a number of landmark schemes in and around London. My experience includes Development Management, Feasibility Studies and Options Appraisals, PFI/PPP, education (HE & FE), public and private health projects, airports, theatres, galleries, Sports Arena's and major mixed use schemes including residential, retail and office buildings.I am particularly strong on large, complex, high value, multi-phased mixed-use schemes, managing large consultant teams and major main-stream contractors, with hands-on experience of all contract types: NEC 3, GC Works and of course JCT.I have considerable experience in stakeholder consultation, brief preparation, carrying out project feasibility/options appraisals and advising on project strategy, business planning, running design competitions, selecting and appointing the consultant team, driving the planning process, programming, advising on the appropriate procurement route, managing the design process and value and risk management, as well as fulfilling the role of Employer’s Agent/Contract Administrator on the Clients’ behalf.
