Raw gave me a great opportunity to go out and inform different markets on new brands or new twists on existing brands. The brand's list varied from alcoholic to soft drinks so gave me a chance to pitch to different demographics but working with Raw in itself gave me a chance to work alongside new people week on week.

Every year from 2011 to 2016 I worked in this Great event fulfilling different roles as my time went on. In my first 2 years I worked as a VIP Usher for Celebrity cruises, Moet Champagne and other exclusive brands. As an usher my experience dealing with people, my present-ability and making each person's event experience better and more enjoyable was well suited to this role, and I had a lot of fun doing it. Leaving each year with new contacts, business cards and better connections with employers. As each year progressed I started to expand my responsibilities. At the beginning I focused on building my relationship with food & Beverage companies and event companies and after 2 events I moved into more of the event management side of things. In my last 3 years I was assisting in the set up, maintenance, stock checking, role checking, stall management and 'clean up' side of things as a back of house coordinator and organiser.

Kilashee House Hotel is a beautiful, picturesque and well known establishment that has a long waiting list when it comes to weddings and private hire events. During my time here I worked as a bartender that worked mostly behind the bar at weddings as I had my course completed to be a specialist cocktail mixer. Like my job for Claire at Hanleys I worked in different team's of bartenders and waiters/waitresses that were confronted with parties each day that could last from 14 to 16 hours (from building the set up to taking it down). From both companies I learned a great deal about reading people, how to get along with each person, was responsible for cash handling and stock checks and most importantly how to work well in a team and making sure everyone is fulfilling their role.

Hanley's Catering Company is a very highly regarded private catering company who deals in all sort of events. As a bartender and waiter I spent a lot of time organising set ups, keeping guests well 'watered' and fed but also tried to add to the event. Dealing with customers highest standards in terms of service was a challenge that differed from event to event but I always accepted each requirement and made it my own.

For a summer job abroad work at one of the most prestigious golf courses in Massachusetts as a golf caddy. My responsibilities were to greet members, navigate them around the golf course while making their experience on a very difficult golf course as enjoyable as possible while carrying their bags in 30 + Degrees. This gave me a great opportunity to meet different people around America and the world and deal and have conversations with Business men and women from all industries who fulfilled roles of Senior VPs to Interns.
