Project Manager for a growing planning and design practice responsible for numerous urban design, planning, and landscape architecture projects and competitions. Managed internal team and sub-consultants, served as point of contact for clients, public officials and community partners, and presented project updates and milestones to stakeholders.Managed the firm’s marketing and business development efforts from 2017 to 2021, responsible for researching and vetting RFPs, building project teams, crafting fee and technical proposals, and maintaining relationships with potential clients and project partners. Helped grow PORT from 2 to 11 staff during this time.Contributed to technical drawings sets from concept design through design development for many of PORT’s signature landscape architecture and urban design projects. Managed office space searches in 2019 and 2021-22, and managed the office buildout in 2019.
