My mission is to rapidly acclimate to new and dynamic environments, actively respond, and effectively gauge the needs and challenges to produce creative & scalable approaches with consistent quality.- Teamwork -Providing structure and leadership for collaborative efforts is key in any group environment.  Working as a team enables the group to pool knowledge and expertise to provide a unified, rounded, and informed approach.  This enhances effectiveness as a team by bringing together many perspectives to identify strengths and weaknesses, and appropriately apply each when and where they are most efficient. I make great efforts to motivate and lead others by suggesting and contributing to ideas and directions, which enables me to inspire others to work in a cohesive manor to satisfy immediate needs and working towards realizing & planning for long term goals.- Innovation -I have worked to take an innovative approach to scaling environments by applying my experience, and leveraging the knowledge & experience of others to find & introduce more efficient ways of operating.  My work with multiple groups has given me the perspective to recognize patterns and connections between events & tasks within a variety of environments.  This recognition has allowed me to anticipate problems and obstacles that are multidimensional, and develop contingency plans or new concept models which have produced an increase operational excellence.- Results -I have been able to establish realistic expectations & proposed courses of action to avoid obstacles while still accomplishing the overall goals and objectives.  Planning with a strategic overlook to anticipate and prepare for short & long term opportunities has enabled me to deliver solutions, in an expedited manor.  In facilitating proper and effective contingency plans, I work to empower others with the confidence to make informed decisions based on accurate data.
