High School Principal for non-profit, autism-specific Charter School in Palm Beach County, FL. Plan, control, and direct overall operation of autism-specific high school on the largest autism-specific campus in the state of Florida. Scope of position includes recruitment, development, and evaluation of educational staff, records and administration organization, team building, and the creation of a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for both students and staff. Behavior Analyst position consisting of a caseload of approximately 50 students, as well as consultations at other satellite Easter Seals locations. Worked extensively alongside other disciplines such as occupational and speech therapy, working on collaborative efforts with clients/students.
