I became an assistant coach to the high school swim team in 1992 for one year. The following year I filled in the Boy's head coach position and remain the head coach currently.

I have been a WSI since the fall of 1987 and have continued instructing with the American Red Cross and with Springfield High School in Aquatics and CPR continuously through now. I have added CPR, SFA and teaching HIV/AIDS Awareness during my years with the ARC. I no longer maintain my WSI status but continue with the Lifeguard Instructor level teaching along with all Standard First Aid and all levels of CPR certifications.

Residential house cleaning with added services to assist in maintaining a household. Services include to most basic need of maintaining home cleanliness and can go all the up to and include running a busy household. I provide the household with all needs from finding and meeting contractors for household repairs and providing basic household supplies so the homeowner has less to worry about.
