Developed a business that reduced the number of riding mowers getting thrown away. We picked up broken machines for free then fixed them and sold them on the used market. Learned a ton through this business, selling 100's of machines and earning many 5 star reviews.

My friends and I made a firewood stand where we sourced pre-cut wood, split it, and sold it. Learned about partner management, and had a good time running it.

This experience is very random but I learned a lot. I bought a storage unit at auction and there happened to be a huge collection of Bonsai pots and books in it from a collector named Ivan Waters. After getting the pots and books cataloged I sold them over the course of winter.
