• Responsible for daily product management activities for 30 E-Z-GO vehicle models, and 7 Bad Boy Buggies models.• Textron President's Award Finalist as team leader for a project that developed and executed the strategy to launch three new Bad Boy Buggies Sport Series models; Recoil iS, Recoil, and Instinct, increasing vehicle performance, production efficiency, improving product quality, and increasing gross margin.• Launched the Bad Boy Buggies Ambush, a parallel hybrid utility vehicle, that was voted one of the top new products shown at the 2012 SHOT Show.• Identified and developed a full line of new accessories to compliment the new Bad Boy Buggies Sport Series models, resulting in increased revenue for the brand.• Development of 5-year technology and product road map through market research, dealer feedback and market analysis.• Development, coordination, and analysis of market research projects for E-Z-GO and Bad Boy Buggies branded vehicles.• Successfully launched a Customer Satisfaction Index and Dealer Satisfaction Index survey process in order to track levels of satisfaction from end users of our products and channel partners.• Oversaw development and launch of a new, online dealer training website to provide comprehensive information for the new Bad Boy Buggies Sport Series models.• Responsible for development of vehicle names, branding/logo development and trademarks.• Project leader to develop a vehicle model to assist in utilization of obsolete or slow moving inventory, while maintaining a gross margin of 30%.• Development of marketing messaging in order to educate potential customers of the benefits of E-Z-GO and Bad Boy Buggies products that will feed the creation of advertising campaigns and point of sale collateral.• Responsible for establishing new product pricing, and maintenance of dealer and retail price sheets.

• Perform market analysis utilizing competitive landscape and industry reporting tools to identify competitive advantages and opportunities for E-Z-GO/Bad Boy Buggies current and future products.• Collected feedback from internal sources, outside industry data, and dealer/end user feed back to identify areas of improvement to current products, as well as unmet needs to address with new technology in the market.• Coordinated five vehicle projects to launch 17 product line extension models to the E-Z-GO and Bad Boy Buggies Product portfolios in 2011.• Presented reporting and tracking tools to the Senior Leadership Team through weekly project update meetings, and the Monthly Managers' Report.• Managed product life cycle to include development of a product definition, business case, project management, commercialization activities, and ongoing product support for warranty and quality issues.• Responsible for execution of the Textron Strategic Business Review presentation for Consumer Product Development.• Developed a strategy to significantly improve the Bad Boy Buggies Sport Series vehicle performance to provide significant product improvement, while maintaining price, improving line rates, increasing profitability, and improving product quality.• Responsible for maintenance of Dealer and Retail Price Sheets, as well as Product Specification Sheets.• Coordinated the collection of data and creation of feature and benefit statements in order to assist in the development of retail sales collateral.

• Responsible for managing projects related to compact refrigerators, wine coolers, and other sourced specialty products.• Project responsibilities include customer interaction, retail market analysis, monitoring resource allocation, and coordinating activities of team members to meet deadlines. Additional activities include maintaining current cost estimates, steering team activities to maintain cost targets, and creating project status reports.• In 2009, gained new business with Best Buy, increasing Gross Sales 9% and Net Sales 7.6%, despite an 18% decrease in the compact refrigerator industry.• Business unit recognized as one of the Top 5 "Victories" for Electrolux Major Appliances in 2009In 2010, launched a full line of Energy Star compact refrigerators, and a new line of freestanding wine and beverage coolers

• Strategically guided the complete distribution function, whichchiefly encompassed inventory control, supplier relations, and oversight of a fleet of 50 trucks, drivers, and dispatchers. Defined the primary objective as being to synchronize distribution so it supported the Just In Time (JIT) manufacturing / production operation.

• Delivered 108% of plan in 2005, meriting the regional sales champion award for the #2 ranking in the Southeast region.• Developed and executed the Ambien CR launch plan for the Augusta, GA territory.• Earned funding awards after preparing and submitting proposals outlining the sales and marketing strategy, and identifying thought leaders to speak before customer groups.• Acted as division sales trainer during 2005 and 2006 and provided comprehensive training to three sales professionals, who significantly contributed to the district's award-winning performance.

• Achieved 146% of sales plan for 2004, and ranked #4 in the Southeast region.• Performed the role of managed care point person in 2003 and 2004, providing comprehensive knowledge to physicians on products' competitive position, as well as managed care companies' prior authorization policies.
