Currently manage the T-Mobile, MetroPCS and Wi-Fi accounts. Also serve as the team lead for Web Packets and our Hispanic Initiative.

•Liaison between the carrier project managers (VZW, Sprint, AT&T, etc.) at Samsung and my team in China. •Primary role involves developing the mockup mobile phones/accessories in parallel with the live phone launches. •As a real phone/accessory is brought to market it is my job to ensure that the mockups are prepared in time to reach the stores by the desired date. •Process involves but is not limited to recreating all aspects of the model such as color, weight, tactility and overall aesthetics while staying within a specified budget. •Also serve as the point of contact between Samsung and OSM for logistics and QA issues as they arise. •Multiple trips to China throughout the year for customer, factory visits as well as periodic training.•Trips to China are also taken to review QA as programs reach the production.
