Geotab. Fleetio. Compliance. Maintenance records. HOS logs. Fixing logs and violations. Still doing data and csr, but remotely. Again, lots and lots of emails. Freight is eternal.

Lots of stuff, basically everything involving freight. Data Entry. CSR. Emails. Lots of emails. Millions probably. Phone calls. Operations & dispatching. Drivers and warehouse. Always making sure "the freight is okay." Paperwork. Lots of that too. Manifests, delivery orders, custom clearances. Knowing the needs of pretty much every customer, from consistently outraged to the calmer ones. Trained a lot of people too. Went from know nothing new guy to someone a lot of people from every direction came to for answers.

Work responsibilities:- edited, reviewed and translated numerous articles, essays, scientific papers, letters of recommendation and promotional booklets of fellow students, staff and administration of the academy and of other institutions of higher education in Kazan.- tutored and helped many students and staff (professors, workers, Tennis Academy director) in my free time before and after lessons- contacted institutions (mainly in the United Kingdom) on behalf of students who needed help with complicated English oriented scholastic matters- helped conduct and assisted teachers in dual-language learning lessons with our Kenyan athletes (learning Russian) and Russian students of the academy, mainly from the Faculty of Physical Culture. (learning English)- consulted and assisted other English teachers in the department both in and out of the classroom. Upon invitation, I routinely visited other English teacher’s classes and helped conduct lessons or engage in conversational practice with the students.

Helped teach and tutor ROTC students beginning and intermediate Russian. Assisted the professor, conducted lessons, graded homework, quizzes and tests.

Had to quickly and efficiently unload around 3-4 thousand packages a night from vans and sometimes trailers. Quickly and accurately use FedEx's SWAK system, scanning boxes and entering zip codes. Also worked in the smalls package area, sort aisle, cleared jams from conveyor belt, walked van lines to ensure every package cleared my area, assisted QA with hazmats, internationals, RTS's, service crosses and damages. Trained dozens of new employees on how to work on the van lines. Also oversaw and was entrusted with van line operations when manager was not present.
