He has a strong relationship network and extensive industryknowledge, gained from working with a wide variety of businesses and individuals in the propertydevelopment and financial services sectors.Leadership and managing the activities of multiple teams at once is a particular strength which Nickbrings to his enterprises. Over the years he has founded several successful businesses in propertyand financial services, most of which he is still actively involved in. He is currently the Managing Director of Fox Group Limited- a specialist Property Development Funder, Director of Urban Lane Property and Founder and Director of Buffer Nz among other roles and projects.Nick’s principal current focuses are property and finance, along with residential development projects throughout the Eastern Bays and Remuera in Auckland with his development company Urban Lane Limited.
