We have a range products that cover soil and foliar applications using conventional and the latest biological products. We also have Technical Field staff who perform Trial and proof of concept work in many crop types such as viticulture, vegetables, apples, stone fruit, winter feed, broadacre, cereal and evergreen. Our specialty is to provide specialist programs to improve yields and offer an improved return on investment. Providing contract services to companies in the areas of Sales & Operational Management, potential product development and launches, and development of teams. Successfully introduced a new strategic sales plan to a sales team that allowed for growth post COVID lockdown

Working closely with a Dedicated Distributor network to ensure that their client base was grown and that products were available. Also worked with company employed Technical Field Officers to obtain Trial and proof of concept work in the Fluid Fertilizer market with both standard and biological products.

Worked in the ANZ Capital Sales team promoting both Sales and Hire to clients in the Mining, Construction, Agricultural and Local Government sectors. Products sold were Diesel & Electric Pumps, Diesel Generators and Lighting Towers

Member of the Board of Directors, participated in strategic direction of the company in NZ, across all facets of Sales, Operations and Finance. For a period of six years was member of a team of three who were responsible for the day to day running of the company and it's team of over 50 staff members. Main area was leading the sales team across four branches and several sole remote locations. I also participated and where required led negotiations for key and strategic customers. During this period strong growth was recorded as we grew to number one in the market and then consolidated that position.Participated in Global forums representing New Zealand and then from those meetings ensured that Global strategies were in place for the countryLed the company through major events including the Global Financial Crisis, and the both the Christchurch and Kaikoura Earthquakes. Thus ensured that the company remained on track to have continued growth

Responsible for harmonizing Product & Price offerings across both New Zealand & Australia following the integration of both companies. This involved working with a team of five senior staff members to achieve the best results for the company, that assisted in the continued sales growth across both countries. This also played a part in strong growth for both countries and an increase in confidence of customers in the company

Led the sale functions of the company to acquire market share and sales growth, that ultimately saw thew company achieve the Number One status in the market, and then remain the market leader for the next ten years.

Employed to set up the company in the South Island from scratch. Achieved year on year sales growth for ten years and along the way grew staff numbers to seven to meet market demand, including the establishment of a sub-branch in Invercargill. Thus involved setting up both direct and in-direct sales channels, negotiating to win large customers and ensuring that staff were well trained and understood company policies and direction

Post the acquisition of Joucomatic Controls by the Emmerson Corporation, and the subsequent merger of the Ascomation and Joucomatic companies I was also asked to cover the Wellington region as well as the my original role of South Island Manager

As part of this role I had both a sales territory and management of two internal and one external staff member covering the South Island.
