·Bartending: Utilize expansive knowledge of mixed beverages, specialty liquors and craft beers to serve customers and support waitstaff.·Inventory Management: Estimate product demand according to seasonal trends and popularity. Maintain appropriate inventory to avoid overage or depleted stock. Prepare orders for multiple vendors’ delivery schedules.·Efficiency: Mix, pour and serve drinks for bar clientele as well as restaurant waitstaff. I led three restaurants simultaneously as General Manager which included Sunshine Grille , Sunshine Seafood Cafe and Cantina Captiva. Hiring management and staff in all restaurants, optimized budgeting, cost control, payroll, accounting functions, sales forecasting, and related strategic growth objectives. Managing both front and back operations. Nine years as General Manager of three different locations. Executed a new store opening for Sunshine Grille located in Fort Myers, Florida. Restaurant Works, Includes four distinct concepts, Steel Restaurant & lounge, Cru A Wine Bar and Victory Tavern City Grille.I started out with Restaurant Works as a bar manager at Ferré Ristorante e Bar, quickly rose to assistant manager. My talents were utilized also at Cru A Wine Bar.
