I served as field coordinator for instrumentation systems on 15-20 gas drilling rigs. I was in charge of making sure Field Technicians maintained RigWatch systems on these rigs, including ensuring timely delivery of equipment, 24/7/365 phone and on-site support. I was the preliminary contact for a majority of these customers. In that time, we held a over 65% market share in Jackson Parish. We were continually praised for our punctual and friendly service.

At Epoch, I was one of 5 Field Technicians servicing North Louisiana. Job responsibilities include setting up and maintaining instrumentation equipment on 15-20 gas drilling rigs for a number of operators and drilling companies. The equipment included a number of PCs, networking equipment, and analog and digital sensors recording data for almost every activity that happens on a drilling rig.
