Nick is a city planner and urban designer who specializes in placemaking and creating transit-oriented communities. Nick leads the advance planning section of Interwest Consulting Group in Southern California. His work includes preparing General Plans, Specific Plans, TOD/corridor plans, urban design guidelines/standards, zoning and form-based codes.

At PlaceWorks, Nick's work included station area planning and design for the High-Speed Rail Authority (future Palmdale and Burbank stations); the City of Hope Campus Specific Plan; the City of Temple City Zoning Code Update; and the Connect Southwest LA TOD Specific Plan (LA County DRP). Nick conducted conceptual design studies, research initiatives, and led business development and proposal efforts for the firm.
