I've had various roles from Orange to EE to now BT amongst others. Primarily in in the Mobile Network area. Currently a Senior Manager in Customer Experience, Service Platforms, Networks. Leading an incredible team delivering great CX to Enterprise and Wholesale customers. Outside of my role, I have been a BT ExCo Reverse Mentor, am a mentor with The Aleto Foundation, and was recently appointed into BT's Colleague Board, where we work directly with our CEO Philip Jansen and the ExCo, sharing feedback on hot topics around strategy that impact our colleagues. I've been a School Governor and am a Magistrate sitting in Bristol Magistrates Court. I am also a crazy allotmenteer, sowing seeds, digging and can be found sheltering from the rain in my green metal shed during inclement weather. 2022 is the year I am committed to beginning my bold journey learning BSL
