About Nick Phillips
My name is Nick Phillips and I established Funnells Kitchen, an event catering company in 2002. We have production kitchens in Ashwellthorpe, Norfolk and Lowestoft, Suffolk. We produce handmade, flavourful catering for corporate clients, events and weddings. Examples of our capability is a daily delivery of healthy, nutritional lunch snacks for the 140 employees of a local pharmaceutical production company in Great Yarmouth, Individual lunch boxes for corporate meetings and catering for weddings for up to 150 people. We care for our team and strive to provide a healthy work life balance. Our head chef has been with us for over 10 years along with many members of our team. We are passionate about reducing our waste and helping the environment. We use 100% biodegradable packaging and compostable Vegware containers in place of plastics. We also have solar panels on our Norfolk kitchen to help reduce our reliance on external energy resources.Personally I am passionate about plants and have been surrounding myself with them since I was a young boy. I also enjoy travel and adventure.
