Nick has project managed the innovative Bike Share scheme for BCP which launches in June 2019 following an award of a 5 year contract to Beryl.The public transport remit includes close partnership working with local bus operators to secure modal shift. This has been particularly successful in Poole, with a 72% increase in bus patronage per head recorded in the last ten years.
