Negotiated with three different parcel carriers delivering to over 500 high street stores in the UK and France. Identified and implemented training programs for the various departments and carried out staff appraisals as well as preparing KPI reports on stock movements. Health & Safety, Security and stock audits were also key aspects of this role.

Produced monthly reports on all stock movement (both in and out). Was responsible for the producing Business Plans and preparing the production of urgent orders and stock orders. Monitored the costs of fabric including freight and duty, liaised with the Export and UK Sales Teams and participated in monthly management meetings.
