My main role is to improve the web presence on the main search engines to generate more traffic with a view to increasing more revenue. In order to make this happen we needed to redesign the site and run a intensive seo optimisation process due to the large number of products on offer. We also run the operation with a specialist approach in working the teams in the various departments to give the best output throughout the site.

Hydro train is the parent brand and has been set up to work with clients, by offering them a more injury efficient training environment or to help aid improve the quality of life with a condition.This is achieved by training in a water environment using water bikes and water treadmills and other forms of fitness equipment. Training in this form shows the clients will be using 20% of their body weight, whereas in regular exercise they are typically using 80% of the body weight, the water plays a big part in taking the resistance of the workout.We are looking to work with members of the public and any organisations or brands who are looking for a more efficient facility in terms of rehabilitation or alternative fitness.

A contract role that involves good analytical skills with the ability to work on my own to tight deadlines. There is a requirement to have an understanding of the different types of meters used to monitor flows on the water network, along with an understanding of the water network. Strong analytical skills and the ability to cross reference data to ensure robust decision are formulated are also required..The role also requires working with operations and asset management to analyse complex data and recommend improvements to metering for all Clean Water regulatory requirements.

My main responsibility in the team is project managing the data for the Fixed Network Trials.The main areas of focus are ensuring that we are receiving data on a 15 minute frequency. I am also required to work closely with suppliers ensuring the technologies are reliable and robust in producing the required outputs. This role also gives an accurate look at consumption levels, leakage and assists with explaining network leakage.

Throughout my time in this role I have implemented a strong data mining capability to enable modelling and scenario planning for our 15 year metering programme. For the first time revenue and affordability criteria have been utilised in our medium and long plans to ensure that the best solution is developed.My analysis and programming produced an Optant programme with a 20% improvement in performance and customer experience.

I spent 5 years working in the business planning and performance team reporting the company’s unmeasured billing figures. It was my responsibility to submit a weekly forecast to the finance team based on billing performances from various processes. This role also consists of running various processes in order to maximize the billing potential of the company. I was also required to prepare the unmeasured billing budget for the forthcoming year and highlight any areas of concern. In conjunction with this I had a significant impact in the production of the annual billing processes and worked closely with the Information Services team to ensure deadlines and expectations were met during the annual billing period.

The main roles of my job included providing the monthly report for the RWE Npower monthly reviews. I was also assigned to various other tasks such as managing the Cisco network support, Microsoft Authorised Support accounts. As well as managing both the call handling on both the RWE Npower and Npower site computer maintenance accounts.
