I have 20 years experience in the insurance and finance industry from Claims, Reinsurance, through to Treasury and Investments where I currently find myself.I love my job, and I’m privileged to manage a fabulous treasury team brimming with talent and good humour. I'm a lucky devil.I'm a gregarious individual who literally loves talking to and meeting new people. It's not just some bullshit line I've popped in here that you see everywhere else. Genuinely, everyday, I get on the phone, or the train, and I talk to people. It's amazing, and it's what I love about my job.Away from work, I have at least 3 children that I'm aware of, each worse than the last, and all of them gradually causing the very fabric of my soul to ebb away as time goes on.I also have a number of chickens. About 5 of them. The number changes as I'm constantly being gaslit by my partner to adopt more.In addition to this, I have a cat, who I envy, and who's life I aspire to emulate.I hate all forms of social media. Particularly Linkedin. Lets all try and look up folks. There's a world to look at.
