With over 20 years experience in the IT industry I have broad knowledge and experience in many environments. I have experience in SalesForce Sales, Service and Marketing clouds (in 2 of which I am certified) and in HiAffinity. I have experience managing projects and staff and have excellent leadership skills. I have used both the Waterfall and Agile Methodologies and a full understanding of the Service Delivery LifeCycle.I pride myself on my ability to build excellent relationships with both customers and colleagues, and bring a lighthearted yet professional style to my work. I enjoy a challenge and am easily able to adapt to changes in both business and technical environments. I am a proactive professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and have regularly been called on to present information in meeting with high level executives.
