I have been in the Tire Industry for 25 years now, started out changing tires in the shop behind my fathers truck stop, did 4 years in the Marine Corp, and upon discharge from the Corp I went directly back into tires, I worked very hard over the years learning, educating myself and moving up the ranks. I started out as a shop tech with basic tire knowledge but with perseverance and drive and proper training I moved into service truck then on to OTR. After that I was offered an opportunity to try outside sales, I excelled in that and within a short 1 1/2 year I was promoted to General Manager, where I am tasked with bringing the store back into the black and expanding our team and our footprint on the Cleveland Market.
