In this role I have start to finish responsibility for the management accounts of one of the subsidiary companies Mortgage Excellence (MEX). While in this role I have streamlined the month end process from a six-day to a three-day close while also improving efficiency in other areas by improving the commination and working relationships with other departments. I am also responsible for producing board reports and regulatory returns
