Technolutions was the first to expose me to what it's like working on enterprise software, and what a learning experience it's been! I dove into working on a feature called "Express Portals" that simplifies an existing "Portals" feature. This feature allows a user to build a micro-site to serve as a landing page for students that could be used to gather and store data into Slate.Later on once I had became more comfortable with the codebase, I began engineering bug fixes and other solutions for existing features. A notable example was a fix to Slate's query builder that fixes an issue where the user can build a query that includes a join to a table that no longer exists. Fixing this aimed to drastically reduce the amount of "multi-part identifier could not be bound" SQL errors seen by database admins and end-users alike.High emphasis for all solutions at Technolutions involved scalability and efficiency, so I've adopted a mindset geared toward finding solutions that fit this mark. I've also gotten the chance to mentor others around me into helping the team come to these kinds of solutions. Summit, which is Technolution's annual conference for Slate users, is an absolute blast. I got to interact with the end-users to engage in feedback collection and got to absolutely shred the dance floor.Tech Stack:- C#- HTML / CSS / JS- XSLT 1.0- T-SQL

My role at Develomark was to create various systems/widgets which were available for designers to use across 100+ websites. This involved close planning with fellow co-workers to realize the vision of what they needed. I also occasionally optimized Google Lighthouse scores, especially SEO, performance, and accessibility.
