Managed day-to-day program operations, including travel, meals, community service, and practice/meeting logistics. Continuously evaluated student athletes’ academic progress while providing on-field coaching to Cornerbacks. Played an integral role in developing a game plan for stopping opponents’ passing attacks, created Wide Receiver personnel reports, and scripted all seven-on-seven periods. Identified and assessed individual and team performances at secondary schools across the country to successfully recruit new student athletes into the program. Ranked #9 in total defense, #20 in pass defense, and #17 in scoring defense in the nation in 2017. Coached Rayshan Clark to the All-Conference Team with five interceptions, three defensive touchdowns, and 10 pass break-ups in the same season the team ranked #1 in forced turnovers, #10 in scoring defense, and #3 in interceptions in the country.
