Generate new sales opportunities; identify new prospects or new opportunities within existing Cox Business customers.Call on prospective customers to develop new or expanded sales opportunities.Meet with prospective and existing customers to assess their technology needs and goals. Ensure that product pricing reflects pricing structures set at the corporate level. Serve as main point of contact and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle; Make frequent contact; maintain in-depth knowledge of customers’ business, industry, and key competitors; regularly update needs analysis.Proactively manage the base of revenue by contacting customers prior to contract expiration for renewal and upsell. Manage and maintain required pipeline, win/loss, and forecast data, and provide any updates as required by management.
