My primary responsibility as Client Solutions Manager is to ensure our products and services are delivered to our Clients as promised and agreed. Working with clients and front office teams, my role is to ensure consistency and draw in a wide pool of resource to support pre-engagement planning, feasibility and solution definition to new business and existing client requirements.Responsibilities:- Work with operational SMEs in pre-project and design stages to define proposed approaches.- Recognise gaps and risks in solution bids.- Support and feed the delivery of bid proposal work with Business Development through RFPs and tender responses.- Ensure solutions are joined up- Documents solutions for Board and project sponsor sign off- Own solutions on behalf of client and act as consultant to delivery teams to address problems and ensure delivery- Make use of wider pool of talent within the company- Supervise project and implementation team to ensure delivery to live operations.

Manager in a large and busy treasury department in a FTSE100 company.Responsible for 24 members of staff and reporting directly in to the Head of Treasury and the Finance Director.Reconciling more than 2000 accounts including, Client money, Stocks, Corporate Actions and Dividends.Payments made via multiple payment systems and platforms including SWIFT. 300+ payments daily.Responsible for introducing and managing new reconciliation software, Accurate (Fiserv. inc). Project included migrating more than 3000 accounts, linking payment system to reconciliation system, introducing new workflows in the department and new risk management procedures.The project was highly successful with the size of the department able to reduce by a third, saving hugely on costs.Relationship Management point of contact to numerous FTSE 100 & 250 on a daily basis.
