My goal as the assistant manager here at Belle Tire is to give our customers peace of mind and trust that we will get them back on the road fast and affordably. I am tasked with doing daily and weekly meetings with my employees to ensure that we are functioning efficiently as a group. Career path development is a large focus when working with new hires, and it has become a substantial part of my job here.

During my time at CDWG, I specialized in the sale of technology solutions and services to rural and community healthcare in the western half of the United States. I spent time building relationships with vendor partners and clients while adding new strategies to further help their growth. My role was focused on ensuring that I can be a resource to allow a simplistic purchasing process to those I represented. During this time, I was in charge of managing a wide variety of accounts for my customers, while interacting with all levels in these organizations. I gained experience working with IT staff, purchasing departments, and C level members of health facilities to maintain a functioning environment for nuses, doctors, and patients.

October of 2019 I began work in the Sales department. I was assigned with getting information from customers as well as our General Service technicians on repairs that vehicles required. I made estimates on all repairs, and worked with customers to determine what the best course of action was at the time.
