Project Manager for the design, installation, and start-up of natural gas treating facilities.• Established and maintains database for “as-built” Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s) for all facilities.• Assisted in review and implementation of a preconstruction Process Hazards Review (PHR) and a Pre-Start-up Safety Review (PSSR), both of which are utilized with the installation of every plant. • Managed the installation of 17 amine plants: a total of 1330 GPM of treating capacity and $3.3MM of capital money, reporting a savings of $517k under turnkey prices • Excels at daily project management functions including, but not limited to: developing process simulation with ProMax software, providing Environmental Heath and Safety personnel with emissions results for permitting, sizing and purchasing equipment, instrumentation and controls, building and adhering to a project schedule and budget, review and mark-up of P&ID’s to accurately reflect plant, working with customer to establish scope of work, bidding out work and lining up contractors, making periodic site visits throughout construction to ensure quality and scope of work, reporting cost-to-date to supervisors, communicating project progress to customer and supervisors, leading pre start-up safety reviews, and assisting operations during start-up.

Participate in year long engineering training program consisting of multi-month assignments throughout Texas for the Corporate Development, Gas Treating, Operations, and Project Engineering departments. • Managed compressor station expansion, including installation of a compressor package and gas dehydration train.• Used volume forecasts and current capacities to project future compression needs in rapidly growing Barnett Shale.• Participated in establishing company-wide design standards for pig launchers and receivers.• Created a cost estimate for looping a 140 mile 24” pipeline with a 30” pipeline for additional gas volumes. • Targeted processing plant issues by calculating blow down volumes and comparing with actual plant loss volumes.
