Nick Sharp is a Logistics Coordinator with Specsavers Canada. With more than fifteen years of experience in both logistics and purchasing roles, he is task-focused, inquisitive, diligent, and eager to continue broadening his knowledge base and to contribute to the provision of solutions fit for an ever-changing sectorJoined Specsavers in 2013 as part of procurement/demand planning team. Over time developed role into a logistics function, absorbing handling of various domestic and international air/sea/parcel courier processes to support wider team. As the Logistics team has grown in scope and number of personnel, the role has – against the backdrop of a disruptive time for the sector – broadened to include warehouse functions and provision of omnichannel solutions across a variety of markets.Joined the new Specsavers Canada team in May 2022.Current responsibilities and priorities:• Day-to-day management of international and domestic air, land and sea freight•
