• Responsible for the efficient and comprehensive execution of all stages of Phase 1 clinical trials, ensuring contractual targets and KPIs are met.• Efficiently work on multiple complex projects, including operating as Lead Manager on the first Early and Late Phase collaborative study. • Clinical sample processing and analysing role in a busy clinical trial laboratory.• Responsible for staff training in appropriate study-specific skills.• Acquired several additional key clinical skills in this role e.g., performing electrocardiograms, venepuncture, and taking blood from a cannula.
