Planning and delivering high quality Judo sessions to all a full range of abilities, from beginner students to university staff, international students and experienced national and international Judo players. Within my time as head coach at Brunel University, I successfully developed the club working along side a student lead committee structure.Under my tenure membership to the club's member increased in excess of 150%. With female participation increasing 300%. The pinnacle of this success came when the team managed to secure 1st place in the overall team standings at the London University and Colleges Championships. Within my time coaching at the University I managed to negotiate the implementation of a permanent training area, as part of the universities Indoor Athletics Centre.

Planning and delivering Multi-Sport (Fundamental Movement and Physical Literacy, Football, Cricket, Athletics, Judo) Out Of School Hours Learning (OSHL). Planning and delivery of Multi-Sport Summer Camps and weekly Boot Camp style fitness sessions marketed towards inactive females and new parents (Fit2Push).Solely responsible for developing Judo within the Luton area.Working in conjunction with the School Sports Co-ordinators (SSCO’s) and the Local Education Authority (LEA) to provide High Quality Physical Activity for all levels of participation, ranging from Reception through to University.Providing opportunities for the community in both Community sessions and Inclusion Groups.
