Within my time as head coach at Brunel University, I successfully developed the club working along side a student lead committee structure.Under my tenure membership to the club's member increased in excess of 150%. With female participation increasing 300%. The pinnacle of this success came when the team managed to secure 1st place in the overall team standings at the London University and Colleges Championships. Within my time coaching at the University I managed to negotiate the implementation of a permanent training area, as part of the universities Indoor Athletics Centre.
