Former Director and Chief Executive for the Institute for Children Youth and Mission, at the time the largest soleprovider of professional youth work training in the UK. CYM continues to deliver volunteer training as well as BA and MA degrees in youth ministry and children and family work.

I oversee the submissions and peer review of articles and bi-annual publication of this journal; scrutiny and review of proposals for papers at European and international conferences for the International Association for the Study of Youth Ministry and networking to stimulate research.

Currently developing a Cert Ed module in ‘Mission in Contemporary Society’ for delivery in 08-09 for the Religious Studies Department at the Faculty of Continuing Education

Responsible for the ‘Multi-cultural Society and World Regions’ module for the MA in Youth Ministry and Theological Education and MA dissertation supervision and marking. In addition to these roles, I was employed by the Dean’s office as a marker for the Associate of King’s College course in 2007.

Established 'strategic mission plan' and managed growth of charity to 14 staff (paid and unpaid). Initiated the Enable project to support church based youthwork and the Impact Christian schools work project; established and secured funding for Praxis - long-term urban youth work (detached and centre based) in, Southeast London; oversaw the development of.

Oversaw all of the centre's activities; including Club X under-18 nightclub, schools ministry and training of local volunteers and developed training and mission links with Croatia YFC.
