I had oversight of the accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions. As a leader during a period of significant change, achievements included the implementation of a fee cap on admin expenses for high-balance members, project management of a merger with a larger fund ensuring member's best financial interests were maintained, project management of an admin transition and, implementation and maintenance of a best practice risk management framework. Further business and process improvements were identified in the period that allowed for the implementation of an effective ICT strategy and member outcome frameworks for the fund.
