I'm currently working for the largest Mothercare in Europe, I am the assistant store manager, located in London, in a store which turns over around £8,000,000 per year. It is my sole responsibility that in the absence of the store manager, I run & control all aspects of the store from Sales, Training, Targets, Incentives, customer service, management control & much more. It is also my sole responsibility to completely control one area of the store in particular, which is the Travel department, this equates to 62% of the stores turnover by itself, although there are five other departments within the store.
