- Across three brands, I oversee all operational and business needs which consists of three New York brick and mortar stores in addition to three websites.- Manage key financial aspects of the companies, including payroll, budgets, expenses and inventory.- Source manufacturers and manage all vendor relationships, as well as negotiate vendor contracts, payment terms and wholesale product prices.- Responsible for retail P&L’s - includes maintaining a payroll structure in line with store volume, contributing to top line/bottom line sales growth, aiming for 80% sales margin.- Closely monitor KPI’s to identify and lead priority actions to achieve sales and business growth.- Oversee business measurements such as: traffic, conversion, and units per transaction.- Set and drive operational standards to ensure all standards are met and maintained regarding production and customer service.- Partner with visual team to ensure stores are consistently merchandised to drive sales.- Manage, monitor, train and evaluate the performance of managers and staff to help create a luxury shopping experience.- Monitor the performance of all employees to ensure consistency of product knowledge, customer service and customer experience.

Oversaw all aspects of the day to day running of the business. My role covered three stores, an E-Commerce platform, production, warehousing, operating systems and all other operational aspects for the company.- Seasonal store fulfillment. Coordinated all of the collections across all channels including deliveries to all locations.- Processed and implemented all core orders, which make up 60% of the companies business in tailoring and shirting.- Carried out all open-to-buy ordering. Study previous seasonal data to establish we buy at 100% efficiency. - Oversee running and development of our operating system. I implemented a completely new stock, production and reporting system.- I re-launched and oversaw all aspects of the website. From orders and fulfilment to marketing strategies, social media accounts and online advertising.- Managed off site warehouse and co-ordinated all previous season goods from a stock and sales perspective.
