I stared this company in June 2012 as a side line to my full job since then I have been on a week’s intense course in Bournemouth to complete my diploma in wedding and portrait photography and I have booked on the second week to complete my Level 3 award in photography. Taking photos has always been a massive part of my life and I am determined to work to.

Within this role I manage an area with an annual turnover of £200k; from starting this role in July 2009 I have been consistent on hitting targets and I have shown a positive year on year growth, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. By using such tools as monthly promotions, email marketing and direct sales techniques such as “spin”.

In this role, I have full autonomy of the day to day running of the Internet business for Party On Ltd. Since taking over the role I have shown like for like growth of the business from; of 153%. I achieved this by changing the strategy of our direct marketing commitments, analysing and changing traditional sales strategies, and changing the functionality.

In my time in this role, I was responsible for managing my diary and journey planning from the start of the process to completion. This involved effective relationship building with my colleagues in the office to ensure the best leads for appointments, booking those appointments, and ensuring my time on the road and at appointments was efficiently.
