Accurate record keeping and internal team meetings.I have won several monthly contractor awards based on KPI scores and been awarded green cards for safety initiatives.I have worked on a £2m Colleges scheme in Wythenshawe consisting of drainage and external works. £300K 6th form Centre in Poynton involving reinbforced concrete pad & beam foundations, composite metal flooring, drainage, and gas prevention measures. I have also worked on a step refurbishment project at UMIST where calcification of the steps became a problem and asisted in external works schemes at the Liverpool Museum and UMIST North Campus.I have just successfully completed the groundworks and concrete floors for a new sixth form centre in Poynton for our Client Kier Construction. Even with additional works added to the original package we have finished 2 weeks ahead of programme.

Training with successful completion of the electrical service jointing course in May 2008 allowing me to undertake waveform jointing in the UU area. Using experience gained since graduating particularly whilst working within the residential sector assisted me in sourcing and securing new work with either existing or new customers. I was involved with estimating of new schemes and making application to the relevant statutory bodies. I was involved in the financial process through estimation of new schemes, monitoring of costs during the construction phase and invoicing and reviewed and bought in new management systems. Other duties included the programming of works, ensuring safe systems of work were adhered to on site, and that construction programmes were met. I also ensured effective communication between all parties was maintained throughout all stages of a project.

Site appraisals, requesting statutory information, appointing and monitoring Consulting Engineers for road and sewer designs, site investigation reports, foundation designs, remediation strategies. Appointing multi-utility companies and effective implementation on site. Arranging disconnections and diversions. Resolving service issues as and when they arise. Issue and distribution of information. Preparation of standard details. Organising CCTV and as-built surveys at relevant points in the project. Preparation of Site Manager Guides (foundations and Section agreements). Offering technical support and advice to site managers as required. Pre-vetting of designs issued by the Technical department.

Organising drain, tree and topographical surveys, C.B.R. testing, requisitioning stat. Searches and ground investigation reports. Liasing with architects and consulting engineers with regards to site layouts, house types, drainage and road schemes, NHBC/building regs. Approval of section 38 & 104 agreements. Offering technical/engineering support to site managers. arranging for the adoption of completed schemes by the local authorities and the subsequent bond reductions.

Supervision of engineers, tendering of cell sites, assisting the quantity surveyors with the sub-contractors valuations, preparation of fortnightly programmes and weekly progress reports. Attending Multi skill visits with client to assess suitability of potential cell sites in terms of cost and buildability. Ensuring designs meet current specifications / technical guidance notes / clients requirements and are cost efficient. Maintaining Q.A. documents
