Structured the ESTL team (circa 50 direct and indirect reports) to suit the various phases of the project. Secured agreement from the TfL board to the delivery strategy for the ESTL and led the project management of the delivery contracts. In addition to ESTL, managed the development and embedment of the systems and processes for the integration of the scope required to deliver the configuration states to achieve the overall SUP performance improvements, including the introduction of the new S stock fleet. Worked closely with the engineering fleet operator, Transplant, and fleet sponsor to produce technical specifications for the procurement of new Matisa P&C tampers which came into use in early 2016. SUP value circa £4.2bn, ESTL project value circa £195m.LU Track Programme (Dec ’10 to Apr ‘12) – Project management of the mobilisation of the new track delivery contract for the design and delivery of ballasted track, P&C and drainage renewals.
