Worked closely with the engineering fleet operator, Transplant, and fleet sponsor to produce technical specifications for the procurement of new Matisa P&C tampers which came into use in early 2016. SUP value circa £4.2bn, ESTL project value circa £195m.LU Track Programme (Dec ’10 to Apr ‘12) – Project management of the mobilisation of the new track delivery contract for the design and delivery of ballasted track, P&C and drainage renewals.
