I’m a partner in the Dispute Resolution team at Freeths LLP, where I focus on providing comprehensive legal advice and support across all aspects of arbitration, commercial litigation, and insurance-related disputes. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of businesses, from innovative start-ups and growing national companies to global corporations in both the private and public sectors. I’ve been fortunate to collaborate with household names like the John Lewis Partnership in the retail sector and DHL Supply Chain in warehousing and logistics, as well as global insurance leaders such as Direct Line Group and Chubb Insurance Company. My experience also extends to the public sector, where I’ve represented key institutions like the Ministry of Defence and the Department for Education in complex insurance matters. What truly sets me apart is my experience in representing both policyholders and insurers, which gives me a unique strategic insight and a tactical advantage in litigation and negotiations. I’m relentless in my pursuit of the most commercially favourable outcomes, and over the past decade, I’ve successfully taken countless cases to trial, securing and recovering millions of pounds in damages and costs for my clients.
