Contract into fulltime position:- Started as co-op, then brought on upon graduation.- Ticket management (via CA Service Desk Manager and ServiceNow).- Imaging of laptops.- Mobility setups (corporate).- Assisting end users with technological requests and incidents.- Management of corporate domain via active directory.- Management of user printing accounts via Equitrac system.- Management of corporate assets (laptops, monitors, etc.)- Part of a project team to optimize the code (C#, ASP .NET, HTML, SQL) for the IT Analyst scheduling tool used internally by Deloitte IT managers and senior staff.- Part of a team that developed a portal (C#, ASP. NET, HTML, SQL) for users to fill out the necessary information (user name, phone, etc.) and save to a database for IT analysts to access and review when working on end user systems. - Helped develop a program to automatically fill out necessary information on these forms when user's scan their cards.
