 Overseeing the product quality of over 75 Suppliers from Electronics to Machining and heavy Forging.  Serve as supplier quality interface with customer’s quality and operations team. Develop and improve quality processes at vendors to drive down defects and Cost of Quality. Conduct surveillance audits to assess supplier’s process, products and quality management system. Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions for identified non-conforming materials Monitor supplier non-conformance performance via GRA, identify and drive process analysis Provide technical guidance to suppliers toward assuring product / process compliance with engineering drawings and specifications Work closely with Operations, Sourcing COE's, Business teams, Manufacturing, and Engineering to eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may affect quality and delivery requirements. Trained and experienced in use and handling of Leica laser scanning AT402 & AT960 equipment in use on inspection of CTQ’s on tree frame assemblies. Implement and deliver the business/sourcing strategy. SQE focal on Material Review Board meetings representing Sourcing, SQE & Supply Chain
