I am a seasoned humanitarian professional with over 19 years of experience in disaster and emergency management, organizational development, and project management. I have worked in the Horn of Africa, responding to complex and natural disasters, such as the Sudan conflict population movement emergency, where I led and supported the operation's implementation and coordination as a Field Operations Coordinator at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC).My core competencies include movement coordination, relief, shelter, WASH, health and care, PSS, cash transfer programming, and OD in emergencies.
