Build and manage the teams that support our order management system(OMS). These teams are critical in the maintenance and enhancement of our core OMS product which we use in our internal logistics network as well as 3rd party logistics network. This systems is built with automations for handling the dynamic needs of each client, orchestration to help route orders to the correct warehouse management system and facility, and customer service related features to help a client assist customers or unblock orders that have invalid data(addresses, etc).

Manage two scrum teams of 5 developers that own and support critical services for the Engineering organization and our Order Management System(OMS). This system is intended to import orders from a digital store front(think Shopify) and manage the orchestration(routing to different warehouse systems) and metrics needed to run a logistics supply chain network. The OMS helps easily manage the dynamic needs of our clients through automations and order manipulation features. We build integrations with 3rd party warehouse management systems(WMS) and with our own home-grown WMS.
